FINANCE MANAGER LONDON, SOUTH WEST UP TO £45,000 LUCRATIVE BENEFITS THE OPPORTUNITY: I am currently recruiting exclusively for my client based in London, for a Finance Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. They are currently going through an interesting growth phase and require a Finance Manager to partner with the Finance Director in order to manage the day to day running of the accounts function within the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the bookkeeping; Enter all purchase invoices, raise sales invoices, update tracking with job numbers Reconcile bank transactions Update and maintain weekly payments advising Directors as appropriate Prepare debtors and creditors monthly report for Management team Ensure client contracts and budgets are signed and filed Update the client invoicing forecast Chase client payments Liaise with Project Managers and Directors to ensure that budgets and contracts are updated Manage property files; overheads, service providers and utility contracts Ensure all supplier invoices are received, queried as appropriate and allocated job numbers Set up payments on bank account for authorisation by management Manage calls from suppliers, Clients and other 3rd Party agencies Collect and review staff expense claims Undertake ad hoc finance tasks as requiredTHE PERSON: Experience of Xero Proven experience working within a finance function for at least 4 years Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Excellent communication skills required for direct contact with suppliers, clients and other 3rd party agencies Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions) Knowledge of PAYE, NI and Pension auto enrolment BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)TO APPLY: To please send your CV for immediate consideration.
