Competitive Closing date for the application: 16 th November 2019 WHAT WE NEED We are looking for a motivated person who would like to get a role of Treasury Manager with 100% allocation. If you're chosen, you will be working with Finance's Treasury team to complete various tasks in the London office. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure payments are made to the card schemes and international transfers providers are well funded on a daily basis. You will also be involved in the various reconciliation processes, which involves having a deep understanding of how the funds flow within the firm coupled with a high attention to detail. You will investigate any breaks and solve them. You will work with the technology team to make any necessary enhancements to address issues systematically. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Be responsible for important day to day activities in the Treasury space Managing payments and integrating with new banking partners as we grow Investigate reconciliation breaks by drilling into the root cause Manage ad hoc projects assigned by you manager Contribute to the enhancing of the Treasury product with the Tech team Conducting and building quality controls of various different processes and rules Ensure regulatory requirements are met when safeguarding clients' funds WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED You have flawless English and one other fluent European language You love solving problems You will have at least 1 year or more experience as a Finance Analyst, Treasury Analyst or similar role SQL - have the ability to use SQL to search the database Excel - have the ability to use Excel to drive analysis You will have a curious nature - never accepting of assumptions and a desire to fully understand how things work. You notice the small things You will have a process driven mind-set and be able to look at a process/system and help drive improvements to optimize and automate as much as possible A LITTLE ABOUT US We believe that there are better ways for people to control their money.
