As a Credit Controller you will manage a portfolio of accounts for our depot network across the country. You will be joining a large, growing and fast paced accounts receivable team which provides a vital service for the business. .
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage a debtor portfolio Chase debt by phone and email Investigate and resolve issues for non payment Negotiate repayment plans Review and adjust credit limits Raise credit notes Assist in month end reporting tasks Ad hoc duties as needed to support the manager Requirements A proven history of debt reduction and cash flow improvement Good standard of Excel skills including look up's and pivots Target driven, tenacious and resilient Strong verbal and written communications skills Prepared to go above and beyond to support the team Benefits Here at Biffa, we have a friendly, open and honest culture that's based on mutual trust and respect.
