We have been retained to recruit exclusively for a Swindon based client with ambitious growth plans, who are looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to join their already well established team to help drive insight and value at a group level. At a time of growth this is a prime time to join the organisation and make your mark by proving providing financial reporting and insight to support key strategic priorities and take a lead on the financial input for the annual budget and re-forecast process. You will collaborate with key account managers to provide reporting and insight to drive business forward and be responsible for tracking progress of specific projects. You will work closely with and support the Head of Commercial Finance and partner with stakeholders across the business, providing meaningful insight to non finance professionals in a way that will influence decision making. You will also produce the Management Accounts including providing in depth analysis. To secure the role you need to be fully qualified with CIMA, ACCA or ACA and ideally have proven Finance Business Partnering experience, although candidates with strong Management Accounting including providing analysis will be considered. You will have the gravitas to work with senior finance personnel and the organisations leadership teams, as well as strong communications skills to build rapport quickly with key stakeholders. A self-starter and an organised approach to your workload is required along with the ability to take on multiple projects. The location is fantastic, as are your immediate reporting lines and a competitive remuneration package is on offer for the successful individual.
