Investigo is working with a global real estate investment firm in Central London looking for an experienced AP to join their team for a 6 month contract. Day to day duties involve: Preparing payment recommendations in various currencies; Reviewing payment recommendations prepared by other team members in various currencies Analysing invoices against budgets Organising approval and signatories for payments Liaising with and providing payment instructions to Administrators Responding to supplier queries Cash management Review of bank reconciliations Experience required: 1 - 3 years AP experience Immediate available or 1 week notice Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excel skills - vlookups and pivot tables For more information, please apply or contact you Cheryl Aust at Invetsigo
