We are currently working with an Asset Management firm, assisting with their search for a HR Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based between their Kent and London offices. From mid next year you would be based in Kingswood, South West London vs Kent. The responsibilities of this role include: Talent reviews Performance management Planning and delivery Compensation reviews and regular compensation changes related to promotions and role changes Employee relations Employee engagement Ideally you will have the following: Clear experience working on a full range of HR issues including ER cases Can do attitude and motivated From a Financial or Professional background
