Read on to find out how those dreams can become your new reality: EnableYourGreatness at MHR Role responsibilities MHR are on the hunt for a new Payroll Team Leader, to join a successful and busy team within our Managed Services division. We are looking for someone with a comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, who is inspiring and supportive and can lead a team of Payroll Analysts and Senior Payroll Analysts. Management and development of team members to achieve business and personal objectives. Final sign off, of all accurate payrolls before distribution to the customer for review Monitors processes with a view to improve methods of delivery at all times. Manages the schedule and resource to guarantee services are delivered accurately and in line with our SLA Effective daily planning of team resourcing to achieve Service Levels and customer daily activity Initial induction of new starters into the department ensuring new starter induction process completed and signed off within agreed timeframe Conduct employee check in regularly reviewing individual and collective performance Critically reviews and analyses current procedures and processes in order to recommend and implement changes leading to best-practice operations Communicates effectively across the department and increases portfolio across the wider business Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports Review SLA delivery and service performance, implements appropriate action where required to improve the delivery of services Completes incident reporting, closes down incidents in a timely manner and implements any corrective actions Monitors the quality of service and immediately implements actions to resolve any service issues Regularly performs team audit to ensure all appropriate controls are being followed and high customer service standards are achieved Actively supports other team leaders Identification of training needs and creation of personal development plans Takes appropriate HR action where performance does not meet acceptable standards Activity manages absence levels and conducts RTW interviews Skills Maintains a good level of IT skills Clear and logical thinking, solutions are provided before any escalation Excellent organisational skills and an ability to work to deadlines A respect for confidentiality Customer service communication, identifying areas of improvement, production of improvement plan Our Rewards Competitive salaries.
