A Global Microsoft IT Consultancy are looking for a FP&A to join their team. They currently have a team of 350 in the UK and specifically focus on implementing ERP and CRM systems into business across industries. As the Financial Planning Analyst you will be responsible for coordinating processes around the monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A duties, as well as supporting the day to day tasks within the finance department. The role reports direct to the SVP Finance (SVPF) with functional reporting across the business, and its European offices. You will need to be able to build relationships across the business which will require you to be a confident person and a strong communicator. Main Duties - To assist in the preparation and control of company's planning, budgeting and forecasting - Assist the SVPF in the Planning, Budgeting, Reporting and Cost control functions of the company - Ensure timely and accurate forecasting of monthly and quarterly financials - Support the preparation, analysis and presentation of the company's annual operating plan - Provide monthly analysis with commentary on the variances from actual to plan and forecast - Monitor the company's annual operating budget and review quarterly with budget holders - Provide information and analysis to the senior management team - Assist the SVPF, AP and AR functions with day to day tasks, as required - Provide financial support to the business - Assist with the statutory and internal auditors Essential criteria
• Fully Qualified - ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
• Intermediate/Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
• Use of ERP system Desirable criteria
• MS Dynamics experience
