Managing a team of 6 you will assume responsibility for the finance function Specific responsibilities include: Timely production of monthly Management Accounts and KPIs for all legal entities and consolidated Group Accounts Preparation of budgets and rolling monthly forecasts, along with financial modelling and analysis Divisional financial performance and cash flow reporting requirements Production of year-end statutory audit and CT computation files for all Group entities, UK based and overseas filings Implementing new overseas fiscal registrations, including managing the process and interacting with third party advisors where appropriate The set up and maintenance of the Group's overseas taxation library in Salesforce for bids and tenders Completion and filing of the Groupsoverseas branches/Permanent Establishments Assist with control improvements through the review of processes and procedure The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a strength in compliance and Tax, possess gravitas and high energy as this is a fast moving business and you need to be able to work under pressure.
