An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pension Team Manager to join a well established Financial Services firm based in Surrey. The main purpose of the role will be overseeing a team of experienced and competent administrators and to implement changes and process improvements within the team. The right candidate will have previous experience of managing within a Financial Services firm and have a good understanding of how to manage, motivate and progress a team. The role will also involve liaison with Senior management of the business so the right candidate will be comfortable conversing at a high level. Another main part of this role will be to implement changes and process improvements within the department so ideally the right candidate will have previous change or project management experience and have an adaptable and progressive attitude.
