My client based in HemelHempstead are looking for a Qualified Practice Accountant to join their office. This small Accountancy practice has been established for many years and are looking to expand. Duties will involve the following - Manage individually allocated billable work on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis as required. Keep Client Manager fully updated across workflow, vat, reporting and Outstanding Issues. Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and review with each client as required. This includes the projections which should be reviewed with the Director on a quarterly basis. Highlight any potential accounting and commercial issues You will competent using SAGE and reviewing balance sheets. General Accountability Liaise and ensure good communication with the Head of Bookkeeping, the Assistants and Ledger Team, suppliers and clients. Promote the brand values of the organisation through excellent customer service. Supervise, assist and, if necessary train the junior staff. Promote effective communication on all levels of the organisation. You will be reporting to the Head of Accounting . This would suit someone who can turn their hand to various different tasks and be a good team player. The role is full time Monday to Friday 9 to 530pm. Free car parking, pension and 21 days holiday.
