Your Role and Responsibilities We at IBMs internal IT organization are looking for an IT Business Analyst to join our efforts to manage one of IBMs internal financial applications which is being used by IBMers all over Europe. Our customers are the IGF (IBM Global Financing) Centre of Excellence (CoE) end-users and all local office users in Europe who are using IGF Access management and Payment systems. In this role, you will work in the IGF Client Service Squad to support our systems and connected tools and interfaces. You will also advise the business on IGF Client Financing business processes which are implemented by the IGF systems. You will act as an interface between service provider team and customers in issue management or any other project related works. Proactively look for the knowledge gaps where any education is needed, make proposal for it in line with business directives Frequently report to direct leaders (client service manager and project leader in case of application related project works) about status of project activities, actions, tasks. doing documentation about completed and closed items. Develop own skills and knowledge in line with business strategy, build the gathered knowledge into team knowledge. Support the communication between users and service provider, direct communication with users in case of any system changes Take care of knowledge base, means updating of FAQ databases, internal service document libraries, measure customer or 1st level service teams knowledge, propose training, consultations or any changes if it is necessary.
