Line of Business Financial Services Position Fenergo Product Consultant / Business Analyst, Toronto Project Description Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks. Excelian-Luxoft is looking for experienced product consultants / business analysts to join our growing Fenergo practice and work on upcoming opportunities. The Product Consultant will work with the client to gather and document system requirements, understand the client's business model and processes, and drive to resolve design issues with the client. The Product Consultant is required to support development efforts throughout the entire Software Delivery Lifecycle [SDLC], and participate in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities. This is a client-facing role, requiring the successful candidate to build strong relationships with the client and project teams and act as the first point of contact with the client's senior management and subject matter experts. Responsibilities Lead the functional analysis during the Analysis & Design phase of projects Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to new and existing clients Provide leadership within the design discussion and influence clients in line with the Fenergo product and future strategy Document the client requirements via the Fenergo functional documents and artefacts Manage the documentation review and approval process with the client Take ownership of the functional solution and associated artefacts Build and maintain strong working relationships with the project and client teams Provide guidance and support to more junior team members Prepare and deliver training sessions to the client's business users Skills Must 4 Years of solid experience as Product Consultant / Business Analyst in the area of Client Onboarding, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management, Regulatory Reporting for Banking and Capital Markets industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proactive in seeking out internal and external material to improve product knowledge Comfortable using the product as a guide to discuss requirements and solutions with the client Perform demonstrations on the Fenergo Product Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills and comfortable giving demos Proficient in offering design solutions Excellent documentation skills Good leadership skills in order to elicit and prioritise requirements and co-ordinate project stakeholders Nice to have Fenergo experience Languages English Advanced/Fluent WHERE Toronto Work Type Fenergo Seniority Level Senior Ref number VR-44944
