As an junior associate you will be responsible for delivering on the specific tasks and reporting requirements of the greater Investment Bank Finance and Business Management Team and reporting into VP. Your primary responsibilities as an associate will be preparing the monthly performance reporting requirements. This will include Ensure Clients onboarding and Sales coverage happens correctly Onboarding and off-boarding Sales team on Sales platform and ensuring correct entitlements are given Driving deal control process across various deal stages Drive Revenue realization process Help Sr. Management with QBR decks and any ad hoc requirements as per need Help drive past due reporting and chase Sales to get it updated Drive strategic projects in the region Support client billing process and ensure provide project management for the same Assist with business strategy, controls, people and financial performance Proactively and on request help with strategic analysis and reporting to facilitate business progression and priorities Build effective relationships and work closely with broader Finance colleagues (Planning & Analysis, Finance Controllers, Industry/Product business managers, Office Management) Preparation of periodic and ad hoc business performance presentations/reviews Contribution to the Asia/Global Finance agenda (priorities, projects, events) Focus on service delivery / client satisfaction Solid organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clients Good analytical skills, eye for numbers Ability to interrogate and interpret financial reports Strong accounting knowledge Strong command of report writing Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Advanced Excel would be an added advantage. Good communication skills Self starter able to prioritize key tasks effectively Experience with project financial tracking and reporting preferred Experience with expense management analysis and reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and expense variance analysis a plus Experience in application of allocation methodologies or systems used to allocate expenses to sponsor preferred Knowledge of financial management, particularly in gathering/reporting on actuals, forecasts and expenses preferred Experience with benchmarking particularly activity based costing analyses preferred Primarily EMEA shifts, may have to work on a few critical business days of the month in New York shifts.
