Job Details
This role will be based in the payroll department as a key member of the processing team. Experience with large-scale inter company payroll, or multiple high volume outsourced payrolls desired. Knowledge gained from using a time and attendance system is also highly desirable.
Client Details
My client are a market leader in their sector, and are currently seeking a new key Payroll team member to assist in processing and amending their payroll. Individually you will be handling payroll for between 500-1000 employees. This is an exciting challenge for a motivated and capable Payroll team member to develop their skills in an accomplished team.
Description
Inputting Starter and Leaver details
Resolving payroll related queries
Processing payrolls from start to finish
Processing salary sacrifice of Child Care Vouchers and Bike to Work Scheme
Processing of, SMP,SSP, SAP, Court Orders along with other statutory payments/deductions
Processing P45's Starter declarations, P60'S
Importing and exporting payroll data
Manual calculations
Out of payroll payment advances
RTI and Auto Enrolment
Reviewing and reconciling the payroll to ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
Maintaining accurate information to ensure debts, advances and other deductions and payments are correctly processed and managed
Working with key stakeholders to review payrolls and maintain high standards of communication
Maintaining Time and attendance systems
Profile
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
Experience creating payroll from a time and attendance system
2 years experience, having worked in a company of 500+ employees (pref)
- Good attention to detail and the ability to handle a large workload
