All of our graduates start their journey at our in-house academy. You don't have to be a car enthusiast to work here so upon joining; we'll grow your knowledge of the automotive industry so you can truly understand our customers and what we do as a business. You'll develop into a qualified finance professional through hands-on experience and fantastic development opportunities. You will also collaborate with the graduate network to complete cross-functional projects and attend workshops that will allow you to gain strategic insight into our business and our operating priorities. We'll support this further with conferences, graduate network and one-to-one coaching and mentoring. As you progress through the programme, you'll be invited to help our community through STEM Ambassador initiatives, mentoring and volunteering days.

As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to rotate around several placements across our Finance squads, such as Core Finance Services, Management Reporting, Commercial Finance, Governance, Financial Reporting or Pricing. We want to give you a broad range of experience while allowing you the flexibility to focus on the areas where your passion lies. As part of your development, you'll be completing either the ACCA or CIMA qualification via a level 7 Apprenticeship in Accountancy/Taxation, the choice of qualification will be your decision.

We're looking for a highly numerate, commercially minded individual with a keen interest in finance. Your natural curiosity will allow you to investigate and understand complex problems quickly. This, coupled with your enthusiastic and analytical approach to problem-solving, will help you deliver innovative solutions and outcomes. 

We offer a starting salary of £26,000 and an excellent flexible benefits package including group pension scheme, healthcare and the option to buy or sell holidays.
