Reporting to the UK Head of Finance; the role will be extremely broad and will cover aspects of both statutory and management financial reporting as you manage your team to deliver financial performance and cutting edge MI to assist in further expansion. In addition; you will retain complete autonomy regarding the management and development of the current transactional finance team with a view to growing the department to provide a foundation for further growth across Europe. You will be a fully qualified (ACA) hands-on and results driven Finance professional. A proven team player who can inspire and build a successful Finance Team that operates on peak performance and with integrity. Those with Property industry experience either commercial, residential, development or management will be given priority consideration.
