You are: A proactive leader who is responsible for the accurate timely processing of all disbursements created by local team and proposals created by our outsource partner. The overall objective for the role is to be responsible for the processing and approval of the daily disbursements, cash flow reporting, bank reconciliations and ensuring the bank administration rights are up to date for all European entities. You will: Approve the daily bank inter account transfers, third party payments and investments for all European bank accounts and the reconciliation of specified ledger accounts in accordance with Corporate Policy, ensuring the daily banking deadlines are met. Be responsible for daily transmission of DD collections and Bacs payables including payroll, which is sent monthly. Manage cashflow forecasting - To schedule the necessary transfer of funds and liaise with the US Treasury Management / PBIF to ensure appropriate forecast cover is taken Ensure all Treasury Balance Sheet accounts are reconciled monthly, and the post holder is responsible for validating and approving the balances within the accounts for which they are responsible, ensuring corrective action is taken to minimise any exposure to the P&L. Ensure SOX and Corporate Policy is adhered to at all times. Liaise with auditors as required to ensure explanation and documentation is supplied to ensure no adverse audit comment. Support your line manager in motivating and communication within the team and to ensure compliance and eliminate duplication and rework. Implementing root cause fixes to issues to prevent reoccurance Identify process improvements, using support to design solutions, assisting in driving implementation, whilst coordinating with other stakeholders. Your background: Part Qualified or a proven Treasury Background (preferred although not essential) Previous experience working within a finance/accounting function or within banking. If you have experience in Treasury this is a huge plus Confident in the use of Excel, Word and SAP A good written and oral communication skills are required A good team player, participating willingly and acting in support of the Global Treasury Operations and the overall business objectives.
