They now seek to recruit a highly capable, proactive qualified accountant in the role of Financial Controller. Reporting to the Finance Director your key responsibilities will include: Management and development of a high quality finance team Management of the groups Balance Sheet Challenging key financial metrics across the entire business Management of the relationship with key external bodies Leading key projects including the standardisation of both management accounting and financial reporting activities Driving continuous improvement across all areas of the finance function Our client is seeking a high calibre, technically strong accountant with preference to those who have qualified in an accountancy practice or previous held technical reporting roles.
