Bookkeeper SF Recruitment is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join an up and coming well, international distribution business. The role will be on a temporary to permanent basis starting as soon as possible. The role is ideal for a Bookkeeper with a proven track record of hitting the ground running, excellent communication skills and all-round bookkeeping experience Duties will include: - Daily invoicing from delivery notes - Daily invoice postings to sage - Petty cash receipts to be entered onto sage to then bank reconcile - Printing the bank statement daily, accurately entering the receipts and payments onto sage making sure there are no queries / missing invoices - Printing sales reports on a daily basis. - Locating orders in relation to the receipts on the report , informing management / sales team of any queries or discrepancies - Preparing books for the accountant - Dealing with VAT returns The Successful Bookkeeper will have: - Previous experience of working within a Bookkeeping role is preferred - Experience and knowledge of VAT returns and Sage 50 - A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel - Possess excellent communication skills, written and verbal This Bookkeeper vacancy is working full time, Monday - Friday 8.30-16.30 .The role is starting as soon as possible on a Temporary to Permanent basis. The salary for the successful candidate will be between £24,000 and £25,000 depending on experience.
