We are pleased growing company are looking for a Finance Assistant for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract to support with the day to day administration of the finance department. Working in a small, friendly and vibrant team, you will ideally have some experience working within a finance function, although strong administration skills is the key factor for this role.

Responsibilities:
Accountable for maintaining purchase ledger ensuring accurate and update information Support the finance department with the day to day accounting functions Support the finance team with staff mileage and expenses claims Responsible for the reconciliation of company bank accounts Provide support to the finance team with carrying out regular audits General Admin duties within the finance team Skills & Experience: Good level of education including GCSE Maths Some previous experience within a finance role Knowledge and working practise of sage line 50 High level of accuracy and attention to detail Good administration skills Ability to work to deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills Must have a full driving licence and access to own car, as there may be some travel to other company sites across South Wales AAT part or fully qualified would be highly desirable, but not essential The company provide an excellent benefits package and an excellent working environment.

Salary:
£16,500 - £17,000
