Management Accountant Based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, our client is a reputable and instantly recognisable company that are exclusively working with MRK Associates to help them recruit a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This job would suit an ACCA/CIMA Part Qualified or qualified by experience Accountant who has previously worked within a busy finance department who will be responsible for producing accurate and timely financial and management accounts for Senior Management. The job will also involve communicating with internal and external departments and supporting financial performance whilst ensuring controls and flow of financial information is accurate and effective. This company is a privately-owned business that has won numerous awards over the years and are growing rapidly. They have plans to develop and grow further. The job will sit in a small, yet focused accounts team and is a great opportunity to hold an integral position within the finance department. The successful individual should have effective communication and organisational skills with the ability to achieve targets whilst maintaining accuracy. This is suited for an individual with analytical and problem-solving skills as well as good level competence in monthly management accounting.
