Blackwaters is recruiting a Financial Reporting Manager for a large US tech business in Basingstoke. It's a fast-moving business offering exposure, development and career progression. The person will take ownership of statutory reporting for all UK&I entities and improve financial reporting across the wider business. Responsibilities include; End to end production of statutory accounts for 9 legal entities. Review balance sheets and instigate improvements to controls Ensure SOX control compliance Main point of contact for the Auditors Apply latest accounting standards to Group's financial reporting Lead technical accounting projects and special reviews as required Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations for wider UK&I team Interact with shared service centre, tax team and corporate HQ Person required; ACA or ACCA qualified Exposure to statutory accounts reporting Fit into a large corporate environment
