Accounts Payable Supervisor SE1 £30,000 Full Time Permanent Do you have recent experience within an Accounts Payable role at either a supervisor or team leader level? Due to a growth in the company our client based in SE1 is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to provide support to the team, ensuring multiple streamlined processes are followed. We are seeking someone who has a strong work ethic who is able to manage a team effectively. Key
Responsibilities:
Manage team deliverablesand ensure the team adhere to workflows and processes Review invoices prior to payment Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the business both internal and external Manage query resolution time Ensure employees practice compliance of agency expense and payment policies Full control of new suppliers and any change of details to the master file for suppliers Liaise with the audit and SBOX audit team Upload and reload monies onto prepaid debit cards Ensure training is provided to the team in relation to process and systems Set objectives and complete employee appraisals at the end of each year Manage any disciplinary or performance management meetings with team members Manage the team resource availability by approving and planning holidays Arrange cover for the team when needed Qualifications/ Experience: 2 years' experience at a supervisor or team leader role A go-getter attitude MS Dynamics experience or similar Good communication skills both written and verbal Strong management and leadership skills and techniques Able to prioritise workload effectively Able to implement change within a workplace
