We are currently recruiting a Head of Commercial Finance for an exciting and innovative business driving growth through their E-commerce channel. Reporting directly into the CFO, this role will take the lead in all Commercial Finance activities for the business and in particular, to drive online growth. This business is in high-growth mode and already has a global presence and an enviable reputation for forward thinking and innovative products and marketing. The role will pay between £90k-£110k plus excellent bonus, benefits and work life balance and can also offer huge opportunities for progression and development. The responsibilities of this role include: Working closely with CFO Head of E-commerce and other members of the leadership team to drive growth in online / e-commerce sales, margin and profitability. Owning the planning and budgeting and forecasting process for business Developing, implementing and reporting on all Online KPI's to drive profitability Owning a variety of global online projects developing reporting systems and processes Leading and managing a team of three on a day to day basis The successful candidate looks like: A Qualified Accountant with experience as a Commercial Finance leader within Retail, E-Commerce, FMCG or her product based business. Experience in developing and implementing commercial KPI's for an online business / area Possess fantastic analytical and commercial skills and experience gained in a fast-paced business First-class communication skills with the ability to influence and drive performance.
