We are recruiting for a growing accountancy firm based in Winnersh, Berkshire and they are seeking a Trainee Accounts Executive ( part or fully AAT qualified) to effectively deliver bookkeeping, accounts and other services provided to clients to the required company standards. Salary £24,000 per annum Product Responsibility
• Bookkeeping
• VAT Returns
• CIS Returns
• Company Secretarial
• Assistance with Management Accounts
• Assistance with Year End accounts
• Assistance with Tax Returns Software Skills Required
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Outlook
• Preferably Xero Communication
• Team staff - work with the other members of your team, discuss jobs and
• ideas
• Managers / Senior Managers - on how jobs are progressing, keeping them
• informed on client matters, dealing with clients and completion of jobs
• Share technical problems
• Clients - communication before, during and after the job, dealing with
• general queries
• Administration team - any administration duties
• HMRC, Companies House and Any helpline services Other You will be required to demonstrate and develop aspects of:
• Effective problem solving
• Be well organised
• Deal with a variety of tasks
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Work under pressure
• Work well within a team
