Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the management of financial resources reports and controlling for all the UK companies - Responsible for finance related statutory and regulatory reporting and compliance, and production of relevant and timely business management information, budgeting and forecasting, and management of the UK based finance team and associated risk management - Responsible for contributing to the development of strategy for managing and controlling balance sheet risk within the business Skills & Experience: - Full financials skills are a given prerequisite - Deep understanding of business principles and practices - Ambitious to progress within the group - Inquisitive and questioning, willing to challenge managers/systems a. Attention to detail b. Critical thinker c. Problem solver d. Research skills e. Consequential management skills - Leadership skills in a. employee management b. Written and verbal communication c.
