A Top 20 firm of Chartered Accountants based in the City of London are looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant to join their Bookkeeping department. This is a brand new position, the role will also include an element of VAT and statutory accounts. Duties: Production of management accounts. Preparation of VAT returns. Preparation of year-end statutory accounts. Bookkeeping. Bank Reconciliations. Essential: ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified. Previous bookkeeping and management accounts experience working within a practice. Experience in Sage and/or QuickBooks and/or Xero. Experience using cloud software. Experience using CCH. Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines and a positive can-do attitude. Salary Package: Basic salary (negotiable dependent on experience). Working hours: (Monday-Friday, 9.30am-5.30pm). 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays). The ability to 'purchase' extra days' leave in salary sacrifice.
