One of the UK's leading food companies is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team based in Corby on a 6-12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be able to provide and drive action through accurate and timely management information to support the aims and objectives of the business. They will be managing a Finance team of 4no. Key Accountabilities: Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly reports for management. Analysis of direct costs to establish customer/sku's/profitability. Drive cost out activity/initiatives in line with business strategy, competitive edge and forward thinking. Production and maintenance of budgets and forecasts, supporting all areas of the business. Cash flow management Provide ownership and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts, including effective review processes with senior management. Must haves: Educated to degree level and qualified - ACA/ACCA/CIMA Demonstrate excellent IT skills, with an ability to use Excel to an advanced level. Must have a good understanding of company product and customers, as well as a general understanding of site hygiene, technical and health & safety procedures.
