Investigo are urgently seeking a Qualified FP&A Manager with strong Oracle systems experience for a large company based in Hertfordshire. This role will play a key leadership role within the Reporting 'Centre of Excellence' team as well as being responsible for the continual development of the consolidation and reporting tools - Oracle FCCS and PBCS. This role will report directly into the Group Financial Controller and work closely with the FP&A team and wider finance community, facilitating financial close and planning and budgeting cycles through effective management of the reporting systems. This role will also work closely with the IT organization to ensure that the Financial systems strategic direction is aligned to the overall IT architecture, as well as managing the relationship with our external systems support consultants. Responsibilities:
Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Mgt reporting - Tools, workflow and outputs 'Reporting Centre of Excellence' - Group FP&A lead IT Architecture - Finance operational point of contact Continuously improve financial processes and reporting - driving a 'production' mentality Manage data migrations and extracts between systems - AX / FCCS / PBCS Incorporation of critical non-financial data e.g. Sales volumes, Headcount Load month-end management reporting data into the systems, ensure accuracy and validity. Own and optimise Metadata in Oracle Cloud applications. Ensure alignment with ERP System Build and maintain Standard Templates for the upload of budgets, forecasts and 5YP Administrator and owner of the Oracle Cloud Systems - e.g access & security, system maintenance, regression testing, new developments. Design and maintenance of standard reports and KPI's Production of standard Reporting Packs e.g. Monthly reports, reconciliation / control files Manage Consultants contractual relationship - Change control, Invoice approval etc Responsible for Finance Systems project plans and delivery Version control of key project documents on sharepoint Oversight and delivery of training to relevant Business stakeholders Oversight and mentoring of Reporting support resource Qualifications & Experience Professional accountancy qualification or QBE (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) Minimum 10 years relevant experience (in similar roles/international organisations) International FP&A experience (multi-currency, multi-site, matrix) in a group role Experienced in the design and administration of Performance Management tools such as Hyperion planning. (Experience of Oracle Cloud Services a plus but not a pre-requisite) Able to interpret and distil multiple business requirements into simple solutions Able to design and implement best-in-class reporting/budgeting capabilities Experienced in managing big data; able to summarise and deliver great insight Excellent working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or MS Dynamics Expert in excel, pivot tables and complex formulae
