Global Accounting Network have partnered with a global energy business who are looking to hire a Financial Planning Analyst. This opportunity is a result of progression with the company due to the continual growth of the business. This will be based in Central London.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the planning production of the 5-year plan Produce the annual budget Business partnering with divisional heads Scenario analysis for short, medium, long term budgeting & reforecasting, working with management accountants to analyse variances Analysis of key underlying factors affecting performance vs. budget Financial modelling to identify business opportunities Working with various stakeholders Requirements: Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) Financial modelling experience Strong Excel user Knowledge of SAP desirable Knowledge of the energy industry desirable Able to work in a demanding environment This role will suit someone who has recently qualified, who has strong financial modelling skills and who is looking to work in a forward-looking commercial role.
