Investigo are supporting a rapidly growing Technology business in Slough with the recruitment for a Credit Team Leader to be a second to the Credit Manager. The opening is due to growth within the business and it's an exciting time to join. The duties Allocating debtor ledgers and ensuring debtor notes are kept up to date and maintained. Reviewing accounts which have been passed for escalation for an outcome in a timely manner. Liaising with the sales order processing team to ensure that all customer details are up to date and correct. Maintaining accurate individual measurement and performance of the team's statistics in line with team SLA's and KPI's. Completing analysis, reconciliation and input of daily receipts Producing credit notes when requested Completing of ad-hoc analyses and projects Managing key accounts. Reviewing and preparing debtor commentary for weekly calls with the stakeholders. Mentoring and assisting all members of the Credit Control team Handling disputed accounts and negotiate to resolution of overdue funds review any escalations. Monitoring the status of large unpaid bills before they become overdue to assist the company's cash flow. Working with Credit Control Manager streamline process.
