We require a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to cover a preiod of Maternity cover. Duties will include: To be part of the Finance team responsible for maintaining an efficient and accurate purchase ledger function. To receive, sort and process all Supplier invoices, Staff expense forms, and requests for payment To input Supplier details to the accounts system and keep records up to date To show good knowledge of nominal coding and ensure postings are consistent Prepare and process monthly supplier BACs payments via on-line banking system; Prepare and process mid-monthly staff expenses BACs payments via on-line banking system; To reconcile Supplier accounts to monthly statements; To deal with all supplier enquiries via telephone, email and post; To add customer purchase orders and specific client coding to the accounts system where possible To assist with credit card purchases for the company and reconcile the monthly credit card statements; Ad Hoc Duties To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner, and keep detail records of login's, passwords and financial information;
