Job Description Accountable for management of financial resources reports and controlling for all the UK companies Responsible for finance related statutory and regulatory reporting and compliance Responsible for contributing to the development of strategy within the business Role responsibilities Working with the finance department to manage and drive improvements in the payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions review and approve all month end reconciliations and control accounts prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reports to Group. effectively manage the working capital components, and accounts receivable, cash, accounts payable and taxes ensure that corporation's tax, VAT, PAYE, NI and other relevant tax reports are submitted correctly and payments made on time undertake the annual audit and prepare the statutory financial accounts work with the Chairman/CFO/CEO and management teams to develop the annual plan, including production of budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure plans develop the systems and processes to capture the information and report on these, including cross sell attach rates and license lifetime value review proposed changes to product/services pricing and offerings, including implementation of a market pricing strategy across the product range in each jurisdiction review effectiveness of internal controls covering financial, operational and compliance review costs structures, including presenting and implementing any recommended cost changes

Salary:
