Interim FP&A Consultant High growth, PE-backed SaaS business £500 - £600 per day Greater Manchester The Opportunity: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Interim FP&A professional within a private equity-backed sub £50m t/o SaaS business. Due to our client's ambition to double turnover across the next 12 months, both organically and through acquisition, they are seeking an experienced FP&A consultant to help with their growth story for a period expected to continue to Q2 2020. You will be supporting a time-served PE CFO to help assist the business move forward and achieve the aims of the investors, including an exit readiness program. What you will be doing: Performing financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking Building complex financial models to support commercial and strategic decisions, incorporating various scenarios and assumptions Evaluating and reporting on financial performance by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts Working closely with the investors regarding an 'exit readiness' program, including financial modelling and long-term impact Developing an ongoing strategy accounting for multiple acquisitions, including impact and risk Providing confidence in the numbers produced whilst ensuring the commercial finance function is continuously fit for purpose during a phase of growth About you: Must have a recognisable accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) Strong analytical skills Be agile, ability to work at pace and adapt to change Experience in PE or similarly fast-paced environments Experiences within building complex, multi-layer financial models Sector experience is preferential - SaaS / tech ideally Although not essential, supporting a PE exit previously will be highly advantageous
