Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Lead and develop the finance team to maximise the function's contribution to growth, margin improvement and cash generation Manage the production of all group financial reporting and commentary, including board reporting, investment committee, lenders reporting, commercial & operations financial reporting, flash, outlook, budget & forecast Ensure timely production of accurate and reliable monthly accounts, outlook, forecast, and budget in line with agreed timescales Ensure a strong financial control environment, including an embedded process for review and approval of monthly P&L, balance sheet and cashflow at entity level and consolidation Responsible for all group tax, treasury, accounting & audit compliance matters and associated reporting Leverage the accounting and reporting capability of Sage X3 for all 'live' operations and oversee the implementation of Sage X3 to the Global footprint within timescales agreed with the board Implement a future proofed data warehouse / reporting solution for the group that allows standardised reporting of financial performance and KPI's from multiple systems including Sage X3 and SFDC Proactively promote continuous improvement opportunities across all aspects of finance Other activities as directed by the Group CFO Requirements As a Group Finance Director, you will be required to have a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA and have previous management experience. We are looking for the successful person to have worked within Private Equity and have extensive experience at a senior level in Finance. We are looking for someone who has strong financial acumen, data management and analysis, experience in the budgeting process and forecasting.
