Purchase Ledger Temporary £11.00-£15.00ph North London My client based in North London is currently recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant, who will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all purchase ledger invoices and purchase orders. Responsibilities Set up invoice tracker to log and record all invoices Analyse, compare and approve detailed invoices and compile all certification. Track and manage Purchase Orders following invoice approval Generate and manage weekly/monthly invoices and reports Identify and work to resolve problems that develop, escalating problems encountered to management in a timely manner when necessary, with recommendations for solutions General office duties Experience Experience within Purchase Ledger Methodical, numerically sound with an incredibly high attention to details
