Role: Credit Controller

Salary:
£29,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Central London Do you have experience working in credit control? Are you AAT qualified? Do you have strong IT skills and knowledge of finance related systems? Our client, a £44 million turnover business, is looking for an experienced and efficient Credit Controller to join their London based team. Main responsibilities of the Credit Controller: Overseeing all aspects of the sales ledger Checking remittance advice notes received from customers Posting receipts against invoices on the system for a multi-currency ledger Issuing statements to customers Ensuring all customer payments are made according to the terms of the business Chasing debts and dealing with payment queries Liaising with other departments regarding overdue and disputed accounts Managing cash allocations and bank reconciliations Processing purchase invoices Assisting with other accounting duties as requested Ideal candidate for the Credit Controller role: AAT qualified with experience in credit control and sales ledger roles Experience working in the commercial industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Highly analytical, accurate with excellent attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, confident speaking with customers on a regular basis Efficient, organised and able to manage a busy workload If you are interested in applying for this role or would like to hear more about it, please hit apply TwentyFour Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
