FINANCE ASSISTANT - 6 MONTH FTC (could be extended) HENDON UP TO £18,000 PA Here at Interaction Recruitment, we are delighted to be working with a highly reputable organisation in Hendon, who are looking to appoint a Finance Assistant on a 6 Month fixed term contract basis. Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Purchase Ledger - liaising with suppliers querying invoices and amounts, reconciling supplier statements, processing invoices etc.
• Matching of POs and reconciling against the system
• Assisting with the weekly pay run
• Sales Ledger - raising of invoices, allocating payments
• Contributing to monthly management accounts by ensuring all sales and purchase related deliverables are completed
• Processing of expenses and petty cash
• Daily cashbook duties You will have the following skills and attributes:
• Actively studying towards your AAT / ACCA / CIMA qualification
• A minimum of 2 years recent experience in a similar Finance Assistant role
• Strong MS Excel skills (to include V-Lookups and Pivot Tables)
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Immediately available & willing to commit to the 6 Months and beyond If you feel that you have the required skills and attributes, and you would like to be considered for this opportunity, please do apply straight away.
