The client is a well established Financial Services company based in central London. They are currently recruiting for a Chief Risk Officer to join their business on a permanent basis. The
Responsibilities:
Monitor, enhance and embed the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in order to manage risk across the Bank. Middle Office (FC 21) - Responsible for providing effective risk management controls Senior management Responsibility's include; The firms recovery plan; firms internal stress test Oversee the update of policies as appropriate Work and co-ordinate plans with the CEO to mitigate potential threats at all levels as well as liaising with other departments as required This role will hold SMF4 The Requirement: Knowledge of UK banking and regulatory framework Knowledge of current accounting practices Deep understanding of credit risk, bonds and fixed income securities Previous experience of risk management factors associated with a property led lending portfolio Understanding of Risk Analysis and risk metrics Previous experience of working with senior Executive Board Directors/ Management Boards Experience working with FC 21 (Middle Office) and FC 19 (Customer Complaints Handling) Fantastic Benefits package includes up to 20% Bonus, 10% Pension Contribution, Private Medical for whole family, Season ticket loans interest free many more.
