Management Accountant - Watford £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus Bonus and Benefits, 12 Months FTC Our client, a rapidly growing and truly impressive organisation, is looking for an Immediately available Qualified Management Accountant to join their well-established and talented team initially on an initial 12 Months Contract basis with great potential for the role to go permanent for the right candidate. Key duties - Provide support to the Senior Management team in the maintenance of financial accounting records for the Group - Creation and submission of annual statutory accounts for the Group - Responsibility for managing the formulation of annual budgets for the Group and to monitor and report on those budgets during the financial period - Maintenance of the Group's fixed asset register, including the posting of additions, disposals and depreciation, with appropriate reconciliations on a monthly basis - Provision of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for the Group - Direct responsibility for liaising with budget holders in analysing the performance of budgets, determining reasons for variances and obtaining outturn forecast for the reminder of each financial year - Manage and motivate your finance staff and ensure performance is monitored appropriately The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant and be Immediately available or available on a short notice. You will have experience doing a similar role and dealing with senior stakeholders. Strong excel skills is essential as well as great communication skills at all levels.
