Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Financial Accountant on behalf of a multinational business based in Leicestershire. They are looking for a forward thinking experienced Financial Accountant to join their fast paced, ever changing team. The responsibilities you will oversee: Accurately producing the monthly board packs Managing a team, ensuring competent running of the department with constant review of performance and training requirements Producing weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to a high standard Taking responsibility over balance sheet reconciliations for confident discussion and review Supporting and challenging stakeholders within the business as part of a defined monthly process with review against budget and forecast Responsibility for the timely submission of all annual filing to HMRC Continually improving the accuracy of the weekly cash flow forecast for timely submission to Group Leading and directing internal and external audits indicating strong financial control in all areas of the business The successful candidate will have experience in the following: Proven experience producing board packs for presentation at board level ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified accountant is essential Experience of managing a team in a fast-paced finance function Ability to deliver high quality reporting If this role is of interest to you then please apply online or call Brennan Black on to discuss in more detail.
