As a qualified ACA/CA you will join the team as a Finance Manager and have a personal career plan mapped out. The team is made up of highly skilled professionals who are inclusive and supportive, where you will business partner the senior executive team. The role responsibilities will include; Take full responsibility for providing information and insight to key decision-makers Support the departmental heads where the work will be varied but could include developing cost allocation approach, reviewing cost allocations to identify potential errors, or assessing the commercial or operational impact of new investments and proposals Support the wider business to understand the implications of commercial decisions, analysing the impact on pricing models to the wider business Develop relationships with subject matter experts to develop your understanding of the methodologies used to produce the cost allocation models Produce a wide range of financial and non-financial data, and perform complex activity based around costing analysis Work with colleagues all across the group to understand the underlying commercial performance in their keys markets and the drivers for movements in key cost and asset groupings Candidates must be/have ACA Qualified Accountant from a Practice background with 0 - 2 years PQE Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with senior management teams.
