Pertemps Crawley are looking for an experience Aviation Credit Controller to join a well-established company who are a leading provider within Aircraft Parts and Services in Horsham. The role is to assist the Finance Director to collect funds from the companies worldwide customers to ensure on time payment of the customer accounts, duties include: -Manage own portfolio of customer accounts and assess risk -Produce a daily debtors list and review account balances in relation to days owed -Proactively chase customers for payment of overdue debt -Respond and resolve customer queries to minimise delay in payment of invoices -Record and allocate payments in accordance with customer remittances -Reconcile customer accounts -Produce general credit control reports as and when required -Provide data for Bid Review and management for specific customer accounts -Update computer records with email/telephone conversations and contact details -Negotiate and agree contracts where customer is also a supplier Hours for this role are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Own transport is essential. Ideal Candidate Background: -Background in within Aviation credit control -Minimum of 1 year previous working experience in a commercial finance environment -Knowledge of Sage accounting system.
