Finance Assistant £30-35K Stevenage Due to acquisition this fast-growing business based in Stevenage are seeking an all round Finance Assistant to join this small but busy group finance function. You will work closely with several different finance division providing several different reports. The primary role will be to support all areas of the treasury function, including but not limited to cash management, payment processing, treasury accounting, compliance, modelling and forecasting. This would suit an individual who is seeking a busy role but is also looking for an element of flexibility as well. Key Duties Work closely with the Group Treasurer, Divisional Finance Directors and Group Accountants, providing analysis and support to assist in finance decision-making. Assist in the production of the weekly and longer term cash reporting and forecasting. Assistance with interest rate swaps with regards payments and registers. Assistance with bank KYC, compliance and account opening / maintenance. Assistance in the production of management reporting schedules for both internal and external parties. Maintain excellent communication with all key stakeholders, including external bankers. Experience Required Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, financial institutions and key stakeholders at different levels within the business. Highly numerate & literate, with good attention to detail. Good excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables. Experience of working to timescales and tight deadlines. Be a good team player with the confidence and ability to work autonomously when required.
