What you will do Due to Xero's continued success we are looking to expand our successful Partner Consultant team. You'll be responsible for creating independent, skilled and confident Xero Partners, namely accountants within Accountancy Practices or Bookkeepers. You will also responsible for the implementation and delivery of project plans enabling our Partners to implement their own online strategies. You will be working closely with our sales and education teams to ensure our Partners are extremely well serviced. This role will be responsible for supporting our partners, based predominantly in the South East of the UK including London. What you will bring... You'll work closely with our Accounting Partners and stakeholders within Xero developing and implementing plans as well as ensuring risks or obstacles are managed effectively. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required in order to support and influence alongside excellent presentation skills. Ideally, you'll have a background in accountancy or accounting software. Experience of working either within an accounting practice or as a part of a SaaS deployment consultancy team is desirable and knowledge of working with Xero or any other cloud based software would be advantageous. Any experience of SaaS/Cloud based software implementations would be highly beneficial but not essential. The nature of the work determines that, although you'll be home-based, the majority of your working week will be on-site at partner offices and will cover the following postcodes: GU, PO, RG, SL, SN, SO, SP This role is accompanied by a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus commission and benefits.
