Job Details

This Finance Business Partner position will work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure that all processes are improved and standardised across the relevant teams. Also ensuring that all teams get up to date relevant statistics to ensure the correct business decisions are made.

Our client are a global pharmaceutical business situated in Maidenhead. Our client have an excellent reputation for continious improvement and internal promotion. Also you will be working with a manager that is keen to mentor their direct reports to ensure that the business improves and the candidate progresses well internally.

Description

As a Finance Business Partner you will work with specific teams within the global business to ensure they receive timely and up to date information, manage the month/QTR end close and processes are improved in line with standard business processes. You will be system/process focused and be tasked on making processes more efficient throughout the business. You will work closely with the system developers to ensure the system is working to the full capacity.

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience in partnering with operations and IT as a qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) finance business partner. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders in the business.
