We are now looking for Revenue and Accounts Receivable Analyst. This role is based out of NVIDIA's Global Finance Resource Center in Bangalore as part of the Finance team and reports directly to the GFRC Manager in Bangalore. This position will perform various types of AR and Revenue activities & function in a professional and knowledgeable manner. This position will be required to maintain confidentiality and treat sensitive information with discretion, act as a role model for ethical behavior, and be an advocate of Finance Team and company policy. This individual contributor will support global Finance as well as other key stakeholders to achieve Finance goals and objectives. This role requires excellent people, communication and writing skills; must be able to work collaboratively across various business units, regions; must be self-motivated and driven to work with guidance from the Manager. What youll be doing Rebate and Marketing Development Funds claim review, validation and approval Rebate program accrual and aging analysis Perform various revenue, deferred revenue, balance sheet and customer account reconciliations and analysis Validation of Royalty revenue reports Royalty and License & Development billings Point of Sale report verification and reconciliation with SAP Reports Returns reserve calculation and analysis Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practice Assist the revenue accounting team in the processing of revenue adjustments and work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures System maintenance user acceptance testing Other ad hoc projects What we need to see Graduate Degree in Finance/Accounting. Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, revenue accounting Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software (SAP) systems preferred Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) required.
