The "technical" bit: My client is a global brand with operations in the Gulf and they are recruiting a Head of Finance to lead the team in Saudi Arabia. This is a challenging role to ensure the timely management of multiple legal entities and ongoing projects, provide sound financial support to the delivery teams, ensure proper governance is maintained, and ensure regulatory alignment with relevant export controls. This business has multiple manufacturing sites in the Kingdom, so an ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders simultaneously is crucial. Managing a small team, you'll be commercially minded and have the communication skills to work with senior stakeholders in both the delivery and analysis of key reports. Qualifications and experience You'll hold a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA or ACCA only - sadly CIMA is not recognised by the Saudi Authorities) with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience. You will have a track record of success working with complex projects and managing staff. You will have the commercial acumen to support large scale, complex engineering bids. Excel and SAP skills are a must, as are excellent communication abilities.
