The Client:
T/O £30million, their Jobs range all over London within M25 and they mainly focus on New Build/Fit Out/Refurbishment within sectors ranging from social housing to education to high end residential. The Ideal Candidate: Must Have Construction Knowledge Previously worked for a construction company Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Two to four years of experience in a similar position Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, both written and verbal Superior mathematical skills Leadership skills Superior attention to detail Organisational skills Duties & Responsibilites: Provide support to Operations group, through information analyses Assisting Operations team in the Monthly Operations Review identification of areas for cost reductions and operational improvements Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement Periodic forecasting Periodic analysis of operations performance. Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights that will enable management to determine progress against budgets. Understand and follow company rules and regulations. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
